Preparation of monthly financial statements and analytical review summary for management and consolidated financial statements of all segments.
Reviewing the month end and year end accounts closing activities to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded.

Ensuring the timely filing of monthly withholding tax statements and sales tax returns and ensuring timely payments of monthly withholding taxes and sales tax.
Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecast for management.
Feasibility analysis of capex projects and recommendation to management about the acceptability of projects.
Dealing with financial intuitions for long term and short term financing. Arranging letter of credits and bank guarantees.
Dealing with external auditors for annual audits of the Company.
Product costing and assisting the management in determining sales price of products.

AS Manager Accounts and Finance:
 My core responsibilities are as follows:
 Preparation of monthly financial statements of Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Limited and its five subsidiaries
 Preparation of consolidated financial statements for review to management.
 Responsible for overseeing the budget process, collecting the inputs from different departments, comparing the company’s actual performance with budgets and identification of variances.
 Preparation of capital projects forecasting, detail revenue and expense planning for existing as well as new

 Preparation of accounts according to IFRS for the parent Korean company.
 Filing and review of monthly and annual returns according to Income Tax Ordinance 2001 and Sales tax act.
